About Our Roles Operations is a dynamic, multi‐faceted division that partners with all parts of the firm to provide banking, securities, and asset‐management services to clients worldwide. Operations also provides essential risk management and controls to preserve and enhance the firm's assets and reputation. For every new product launched and every trade executed, Operations develops and manages the processes and controls that enable business flow. The Client Onboarding team seeks an energetic, proactive, and detail‐oriented professional to support the KYC refresh function in the Singapore office. The role's main duty is to ensure ongoing adherence to Anti‐Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) policies and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities Ensure due diligence is performed on existing clients to comply with AML/KYC regulations. Develop expertise and execute the firm's AML/CDD policies and processes. Engage clients and internal business teams to obtain relevant CDD information and documentation. Ensure all communications maintain the highest professional standard to support client service excellence. Escalate potential issues timely and devise possible resolutions. Take responsibility for delivering against committed timelines. Participate in regular meetings with the program team to clarify workflow, understand regulatory changes, and develop reporting metrics and executional processes. Basic Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage external clients and internal stakeholders professionally. Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing requirements. Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail given the regulatory nature of the role. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree. Experience with AML/CDD requirements in a Client Onboarding role or similar, with understanding of various client structures such as hedge funds, private corporations, financial institutions, and trusts. Minimum three years' experience in the financial industry or client‐facing role, with title commensurate to experience. Proven ability to work well in a global team environment.
