Process Optimization : Analyze and enhance operational processes and workflows using continuous improvement tools such as Value Stream Mapping, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, 5 Whys, and Gemba. Implement strategies that increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.
Establish Standards & Best Practices : Implement global operational standards across all functions, ensuring adherence to essential practices such as 5S, Labour Management, Continuous Improvement, and Process Management. Share and promote best practices through effective knowledge management.
Project Management : Lead projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, optimizing labor, reducing costs, and enhancing quality. Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet the expected outcomes.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting : Develop and manage dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Operations Excellence. Provide senior management with timely, accurate reports and insights to guide strategic decision-making.
Training & Development : Design and deliver Lean maturity training programs (e.g., 5S, PDCA) across all organizational levels. Cultivate a culture of continuous learning to prepare the workforce for future challenges.
Mentorship & Coaching : Mentor and coach employees in Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies to enhance daily operations and drive successful CI projects.
Stakeholder Collaboration : Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment on operational improvements and strategic goals.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
Experience in operations excellence, continuous improvement, or process optimization within logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing industries. Experience in contract logistics is an added advantage.
Certification as a Lean Practitioner or Six Sigma Green Belt is highly desirable.
Proven track record in managing multiple continuous improvement projects simultaneously, delivering measurable results.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, PowerApps, Power Automate, VBA).
Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to team collaboration.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deliver successful outcomes.
