About the Role
We are seeking a skilled High Performance Engineer to join our team and contribute to building scalable systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing high-performance architectures.
The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet business requirements.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize high-performance architectures for complex business scenarios;
- Develop a recommendation system analysis platform to provide product-level tool support for problem analysis and debugging;
- Identify and optimize weak links in existing business systems, improving overall architecture quality, service performance, and stability;
- Abstract common business architecture based on actual business conditions, improving basic capability reuse and supporting business rapid iteration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Computer Science or related fields, with at least 1 year of experience building scalable systems;
- Experience in programming, including but not limited to, C, C++, Java or Golang;
- Effective communication skills and a sense of ownership and drive;
