We are partnering with a well-established real assets investment firm based in Singapore that is looking to grow its team with the addition of an Investment Associate. Key Responsibilities: Take ownership of evaluating investment opportunities across various geographies and asset classes within the real estate sector. Build and manage detailed financial models to assess deal structures, returns, and sensitivities. Prepare investment materials and presentations for internal stakeholders and decision-makers. Conduct market research and benchmarking to support investment theses and underwriting assumptions. Collaborate with external advisors (legal, brokers, consultants) to support deal execution. Provide analytical support for strategic initiatives, portfolio reviews, and performance monitoring. Ideal Candidate Profile: Minimum 4 years of experience in real estate investing, private equity, investment banking, or fund management. Strong academic credentials from a reputable institution. Advanced financial modelling and valuation capabilities, with a solid understanding of accounting and corporate finance.
