Introduction
Lead in RF technology development as a BEOL process integration expert.
Your Responsibilities:
Develop, optimize, and qualify BEOL semiconductor devices and processes to meet performance standards.
Design and analyze experiments (DOE).
Collaborate with process module engineers to enhance device and yield performance.
Lead technical problem-solving for processes.
Engage with internal and external customers to address technical inquiries.
Establish new technology design rules, test structures, and methodologies.
Innovate continuous process and device improvements.
Required Qualifications:
Degree, Master's, or PhD in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or related field.
More than 2 years of relevant experience for PhD holders; more than 5 years for degree holders.
Experience in wafer fab BEOL/interconnect process integration.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of semiconductor device physics and RF fundamentals (e.g., S-parameters).
Independent, resourceful, with a positive attitude towards continuous learning.
Excellent analytical and optimization skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
