Job Title: Solar PV Installation Project Lead

Energetix Pte Ltd is a specialist solar PV system integrator that designs, engineers, installs and maintains solar photovoltaic systems for commercial and industrial building owners, solar power investors and utility companies. As a cross-cultural team, we are passionate about the solar industry.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the installation, testing and commissioning of solar photovoltaic systems. You will identify and engage sub-contractors to support us and coordinate our activities with clients and other sub-contractors on site. Your primary role includes:

  • Project Planning and Coordination: Prepare, plan and monitor project schedules to ensure timely delivery and meet installation timelines.
  • Permit Coordination: Identify and coordinate required project permits - both regulatory and onsite.
  • Client Relationships: Work closely with local partners, suppliers and client representatives on project related matters, including attending client meetings as necessary.
  • Workplace Safety: Ensure workplace safety is implemented at site at all times to comply with local regulations and achieve zero fatality or lost time injuries.
  • Documentation: Prepare pre and post project documentation according to Energetix standards, and ensure correct filing.
  • Technical Meetings: Participate in regular internal technical meetings to discuss project status, resources and other needs.
  • Sales Support: Provide sales support function when required, assisting in tenders, RFQs & budgets.

Requirements:
Minimum Requirements:

  • A bachelor degree or diploma in electrical engineering from a recognized university or polytechnic.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience, of which at least 2 years in installing PV solar systems on commercial and/or industrial roofs.

We are looking for individuals who possess strong organisational, follow-through and communication skills. The ability to speak more than one language is an advantage.
