Senior Manufacturing Supervisor Join Emerson We're looking for a Senior Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee daily factory operations, ensuring that safety, quality, and efficiency targets are consistently met. Job Summary In this role you will lead a team of operators, coordinate workflow, and ensure optimal resource utilization to meet production deadlines. You will drive continual improvement initiatives, maintain inventory accuracy, and support cross‐shift operations while upholding Emerson's high standards of safety and quality. Responsibilities Lead a team of operators to fulfill customer orders on time while maintaining high safety and 5S standards. Drive continual improvement initiatives to achieve zero‐defect production and eliminate workflow interruptions. Be accountable for inventory accuracy in Production, WIP, and Finished goods. Drive process improvements in production and warehouse operations through digitalization and automation initiatives. Perform monthly capacity analysis for resource planning and actively work on productivity analysis to reduce waste and lead time. Provide support to other supervisors as needed to ensure smooth and efficient operations across all shifts. Participate in and manage additional projects as required to support overall business objectives. Ensure compliance with workplace safety rules, including the use of personal protective equipment and reporting unsafe conditions. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of working experience in a manufacturing and warehousing company. Strong collaboration skills with cross‐functional teams to meet business goals. Excellent communication and problem‐solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Degree, diploma, or equivalent experience in Manufacturing, Production, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or related field. Knowledge of Lean, SPC tools, or Oracle business system is an advantage.
