Roles & Responsibilities Join Our Team as a Clinic Associate Healing Hands Chiropractic is a leading chiropractic and wellness clinic in Singapore, dedicated to helping individuals achieve optimal health through evidence-based chiropractic care, rehabilitation, and holistic wellness services. We are expanding our team and looking for a skilled and passionate Clinic Associate to join us in providing top-quality care to our clients. Your role includes: ✔ Providing exceptional customer service with a warm and professional approach✔ Answering phone calls and scheduling patient appointments efficiently✔ Managing patient flow and handling multiple tasks with ease✔ Checking in and out patients using cloud-based software✔ Following up with patients to ensure continuity of care✔ Assisting doctors in daily clinic operations✔ Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment✔ Working around 44 hours per week (1 weekday + 1 weekend off)✔ Performing other ad-hoc duties as needed What We’re Looking For: ✅ Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor✅ Energetic, enthusiastic, and self-motivated✅ Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates)✅ 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting✅ Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment✅ Computer literacy is a must✅ At least 2 years of working experience in the related field to be considered for Senior position .✅ Comfortable with Shift work based on Clinic operation hours.
