We are seeking a dynamic and experienced People Analytics Specialist to join our team. The role will be responsible for transforming data into meaningful insights and recommendations for our data-driven decision-making in HR. The role will also engage with business, leaders and data scientists to elevate the use of HR data analytics, by developing and implementing analytics solutions that support HR strategies and initiatives. Key Responsibilities Gather, organize, and analyze employee data across various HR systems to provide actionable insights. Create and maintain HR dashboards and reports and answer "How To" questions. Leverage statistical and predictive modeling techniques to identify workforce trends and forecast future talent needs. Engage and collaborate with business and HR leaders to understand their needs on data-driven insights by leading and facilitating discussions with them, consolidating inputs and providing recommendations on applying people analytics. Address strategic HR needs such as employee engagement, talent identification and retention, skills assessment, workforce planning etc. through people analytics Thoroughly explore and utilize product features of Visier, a People Analytics platform, including Gen AI, Large Language Model (LLM), and training/finetuning of the capabilities. Manage roll-out activities such as training sessions and "Office Q&A" sessions. Update visuals and narrations in storyboard. Address users’ queries to gain deeper insights into the data. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in People Analytics to continuously enhance HR strategies and reporting. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in people analytics, including predictive analytics that supports HR metrics and strategic initiatives. Previous experience in creating and managing dashboards and visual representations of data via data visualization tools and/ or HRIS systems, along with strong Excel skills for data manipulation. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead discussions and present data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Proficiency with Visier and its various features, including the Gen AI and LLM capabilities will be an added advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
