Senior Data Scientist (Onchain Analytics)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Financial Crime & Compliance teams to optimize operations and reduce compliance risk.
  • Translate complex statistical findings into actionable business decisions.
  • Lead development and refinement of compliance tools , including AML detection engines .
  • Maintain production ML models and support audits through QA testing and performance analysis.
  • Identify areas for operational improvement and manage projects from proof-of-concept to deployment .
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a quantitative field ; PhD is a plus .
  • 8+ years of data science experience, ideally in fintech , blockchain , or related sectors.
  • Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL .
  • Experience deploying and maintaining ML models using AWS tools .
  • Comfortable handling both ad-hoc analyses and end-to-end product development.
  • Strong understanding of onchain analytics and current research trends.
  • Ability to read and apply findings from international technical literature .
