Senior Scientist A leading research-driven organization is seeking a Senior Scientist to join their innovative drug discovery team . This role will focus on advancing mid-size molecule projects , leveraging expertise in organic chemistry, peptide/nucleic acid chemistry, or chemical biology to identify and optimize novel drug candidates. Full time position Location: Singapore, Central West region Key Responsibilities Drive hit peptide identification from mid-size molecule libraries. Lead optimization of peptides into drug candidates. Contribute to the development of novel peptide screening technologies . Propose and lead drug discovery projects in collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams. The Talent Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Chemical Biology , with 1-2 years' experience in related fields. Expertise in one or more areas: organic chemistry, peptide/nucleic acid chemistry (incl. solid-phase synthesis), medicinal chemistry, or chemical biology . Strong track record of scientific projects, publications, or presentations . Passion for creating innovative therapies to address unmet medical needs . Excellent communication, organizational skills, and a collaborative mindset .
