Job Overview:
We are seeking an exceptional customer support professional to provide top-notch assistance and resolve inquiries in a timely manner.
Main Responsibilities:
- Answer all incoming phone calls, emails, and faxes with professionalism and courtesy.
- Process monthly principal service payments promptly to avoid delays.
- Coordinate daily deliveries/collections with suppliers and customers efficiently.
- Manage orders, including sales orders, invoices, and quotations accurately.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively.
- Follow up on outstanding invoice payments to ensure timely resolution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain Management is preferred.
- Prior experience in customer service/order processing is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
