Oversee project management and delivery of data center sites globally, ensuring that projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
Establish and optimize project management processes to maximize efficiency of all projects and implementations.
Manage and monitor day-to-day on-site operations to ensure the stable functionality of all equipment and systems.
Implement an intelligent monitoring and problem management system to ensure rapid response and resolution of issues.
Optimize processes for asset and inventory management to improve resource utilization and minimize waste and overconsumption.
Select and manage on-site operation suppliers to ensure that services meet the company’s standards and SLAs.
Regularly evaluate the performance of suppliers and continuously maintain the relationship and service quality.
Responsible for the budgeting of the field team and the warehouse operations team to ensure that costs are controlled within a reasonable range and resource allocation is optimized.
Establish and implement a budget control mechanism to drive cost efficiency.
Lead and manage teams to ensure team members continue to develop professionally while operating efficiently and productively.
Foster team collaboration and drive cross-functional collaboration to achieve operational goals.Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in global IDC or related, with 5+ years of team management and leadership.
Bachelor’s degree or above with specialization in network, electrical engineering, or other related fields.
Proven experience building data center infrastructure operations and maintenance systems.
Strong knowledge of data center design and construction specifications, with proficient hands-on experience with related mechanical and electrical installations.
Experience building and developing overseas IDC operations teams and management systems is preferred.
Must be bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese.#J-18808-Ljbffr
