Overview
FootballPlus Singapore, initiated in October 2013, has grown steadily to impact over 150 players weekly through its value-based football training programmes. As a registered charity since June 2014, FootballPlus provides support to young people, particularly from disadvantaged backgrounds, by offering subsidies or full sponsorships for training. The organization also operates in Thailand, Indonesia, Mongolia, and other parts of Asia, training grassroots coaches and developing community projects. FootballPlus is dedicated to impacting the Football, Foundation, and Future of every player.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Football Coach based in Singapore. The Football Coach will be responsible for planning and conducting training sessions, mentoring young athletes, developing individualized training plans, and monitoring player progress. Additional responsibilities include fostering teamwork, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and representing FootballPlus at various community and school programs.
Qualifications
Football Coaching and Coaching experience
Knowledge and experience in Football training and techniques
Strong organizational and leadership skills
A passion for community development and working with disadvantaged youth
Relevant certifications in Football Coaching or related fields are a plus
