Apply actuarial technical knowledge in making actual business decisions. Support the team lead in carrying out the pricing framework & strategy, negotiating with reinsurers, obtaining local & group approval and complying with regulatory filing/approval requirements. Support all queries pertaining to product features and designs. Support any ad-hoc projects that may arise. Who we are looking for: Competencies & Personal Traits Good technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently. Self-motivated, outcome-oriented, and ability to deliver quality work under tight timelines. Ability to communicate and collaborate with colleagues across different functions. Some experience in any other type of Actuarial role is an advantage Some experience with Prophet model, and Excel VBA is an advantage. Working Experience 2-5 years of relevant experience in actuarial roles or positions. Professional Qualifications Good progress in actuarial examinations from a recognized professional actuarial body. Education Degree in Actuarial Science or related disciplines (Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, etc.) Language English Prudential is an equal opportunity employer.
