Senior Project Manager, Professional Services Location: Singapore Summary: Responsible for planning and coordinating the resources to deploy major releases of new and existing applications as well as overall or subsets of systems, within the predicted cost, time, and quality estimates. Projects and programs will most likely be very cross‐functional in nature, requiring effective collaboration between multiple teams. The Senior Project Manager is an IT professional with a broad understanding of IT technologies and business processes, providing leadership and oversight on all aspects of a project, multiple projects or enterprise programs, translating business requirements into system solutions. Manages the delivery of the functional design, technical design, build, test, and readiness components of projects. Establishes and maintains a close‐working relationship with all project stakeholders and technical staff to ensure alignment between the solution delivered and business goals. You'll Achieve Supervise the entire project life cycle from initiation to completion to maintain customer fulfillment, mediating between internal team members and external parties while ensuring efficient project delivery. Manage scope, budget, schedules, and resources of small‐scale projects, including leading project meetings, tracking progress, and updating project plans. Execute and plan projects in collaboration with customers to understand and articulate solutions and implementation details. Take care of expenses, resource management, and forecasting in the system, accurately reflecting revenue. Identify and manage project risk levels, issues, and actions. Assist with project and resource plans, maintain quality focus, monitor and control expenditures against approved budget, and manage end‐to‐end solution delivery. Manage day‐to‐day resource allocation for project and technical teams, ensuring effective delivery of tasks, deliverables, milestones on time, on budget, and within scope. Essential Requirements 8 to 12 years of professional experience. Strong communication skills and ability to organize project‐related communications during governance formation. Proficiency in using and maintaining data in Dell IT Project Management Tools. Ability to work independently and within a team environment. Strong technical aptitude with proficiency and knowledge of hardware, software, and operating systems environments. Excellent customer service, communication, problem solving, negotiation, planning, and organizational skills. Desirable Requirements Bachelor's degree.
