Job Description Lead and manage a team of support staff, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure individual and team success Develop and implement clinical and business strategies to achieve team goals and objectives Monitor and evaluate team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning among team members Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, staff, and external partners Ensure compliance with clinical governance, regulatory requirements, and company policies Identify opportunities for growth and development, and implement initiatives to enhance patient care and business performance. Requirements Requirements 3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in general practice Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills Ability to lead and manage change, with a focus on innovation and improvement Strong business acumen and understanding of healthcare operations #J-18808-Ljbffr
