The level of offer will commensurate with applicants’ experience and track records. Successful candidates will be offered a 12-months Full-time contract. Only shortlisted applicants will be notified. What you will be working on SEP Related Responsibilities Manage query and grant management processes for the Sport Education Programme (SEP), ensuring smooth operations for schools and service providers Lead continuous improvement initiatives by analysing feedback and programme data to identify enhancement opportunities Proactively propose innovative solutions and fresh approaches to strengthen programme offerings Work collaboratively with the team to streamline processes and implement new programme components Support the implementation of improvement initiatives and monitor their effectiveness Maintain comprehensive programme records and ensure database accuracy for effective tracking and reporting Other Responsibilities Design and support schools outreach initiatives such as the GetActive Singapore. Support the co-ordination and administrative processes for other Schools Programme Partnership and Engagement (SPPE) programmes What we are looking for Relevant experience in programme planning and execution, and working with children/educators would be advantageous Believes in the value of sport for holistic development of children and youth Strong communication skills, both written and spoken Possess a good level of proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Meticulous, detailed and a good team player Self-starter, fast learner and able to work independently Learning and growing mindset About Sport Singapore Why We Do What We Do?
