In this position you will join our Singapore Buildings business, where you will play an integral part in a team of highly skilled specialists that 'bring ideas to life' for our clients across all types of building and infrastructure projects.We know the work we do is vital in assisting our world's economic development and, it's the technical expertise and the depth of knowledge of our people that really sets us apart. Here are the key things you will do to 'bring ideas to life'. Lead project control design, execution, testing and commissioning. Liaise with stakeholder to develop controls system strategies, designs and specifications. Conduct technical reviews of specialist contractors' documentation submissions including points lists, network architecture schematics, controller wiring diagrams, control cabinet drawings, functional descriptions (FDs) / scope of operations (SOO), and HMI graphics. Design detailed control systems incorporating PLC/SCADA/DCS platforms. Develop technical solutions for client requirements and prepare technical and fee proposals for tenders. Firstly, you will share our genuine passion for re-imagining engineering and be someone that actively pursues continuous learning to help shape the future. You will also need the following: Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial or Information and Communications Technology, or an equivalent qualification. At least 3 years' post graduate experience across all project development phases, from concept and detailed design to site commissioning. Strong background in all aspect of Building Management System (BMS), including DDC, PLC control design and project delivery. In-depth knowledge of HVAC Control Applications, Building Management Systems and Electrical Power Management Systems. Experience working on various device interfaces such as OPC UA, Modbus TCP/IP & RTU, MQTT, BACnet/IP & MSTP etc. Proficient in networking systems, including physical/virtual servers, network switches (CISCO and MOXA), fibre and copper cabling etc. Our Aurecon Attributes define our way of being - they are a collection of qualities that makes us who we are.
