Recruitment Consultant A permanent headcount role at Talentsis Pte Ltd, located in Paya Lebar Square with a hybrid working arrangement. Job Responsibilities Work closely with clients to understand their recruitment and staffing needs. Participate in recruitment cycles to source, identify, hire and deploy suitable talent. Use a variety of software tools and job portals to assist in candidate sourcing activities. Conduct candidate interviews (virtually and physically) to ascertain skill‐set match and suitability. Develop and lead a team of junior recruitment consultants. Handle staff on‐boarding and off‐boarding activities. Assist in managing a team of professional contract staff to ensure smooth operation. Assist with business development and client acquisition activities. Collaborate with regional functional teams to jointly support staffing activities. Occasional regional business travel may be required. Work with management to map out recruitment strategy, talent management, retention, and staffing growth plans. Job Requirements Degree or diploma in any relevant field from a recognized institution. Minimum 1–4 years of work experience in the related industry. Good communication and interpersonal skills. A pleasant, can‐do personality. Ability to multi‐task and work independently and in a team. Ability to interact with people at all levels. Familiarity with software tools such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience in team leading is advantageous. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
