Role Summary
We are seeking talented Graduate Engineers to take on an entry-level role in the Life Sciences sector. This position is designed for fresh graduates who wish to build a career in pharmaceutical automation and digital manufacturing.
The training provided will cover automation systems, GMP processes, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in comprehensive training programs covering automation technologies and GMP regulations.
  • Support project teams in system design, testing, documentation, and commissioning.
  • Provide support in troubleshooting, change management, and system enhancements while developing independent problem-solving capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, quality, IT) to deliver automation solutions aligned with business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation including standard operating procedures (SOPs), user guides, and validation records.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to strengthen reliability, efficiency, and compliance in manufacturing and automation systems.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as skills develop with scope to grow into specialist or project-focused roles.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Bioengineering, Biomedical, or Instrumentation.
  • Interest in automation, digital systems, and life sciences manufacturing.
