What you will be working on: As a Executive/Senior Executive (Digital & Social Media), you will be an integral member of the Corporate Communications Digital and Social Media team, responsible for developing and delivering creative digital content across MHA's social media platforms. Develop and implement MHA's social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth. Produce compelling video content tailored for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. Oversee end‐to‐end content production, including research, pitching, scripting, filming, editing and final delivery, to effectively tell the Home Team's story. Generate fresh visual storytelling concepts and apply innovative editing techniques to stay ahead of evolving social media trends. Track social media performance and prepare reports with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. What we are looking for: A strong portfolio demonstrating experience in producing content for social media channels. Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite and other digital media production platforms. Skilled in mobile videography and photography. A creative, detail‐oriented individual with strong multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong analytical and interpersonal capabilities to work effectively across all levels of the organisation. Strong project management skills, a keen interest in online content production, and familiarity with digital and social media technologies.
