A well-established law firm is currently seeking a skilled and committed Litigation Lawyer to join its dynamic legal team. As a key member of the litigation team, the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting on a diverse portfolio of contentious matters. The role involves providing strategic and practical legal advice to a broad range of clients, preparing and reviewing legal documents, developing case strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

The job duties involve representing clients in legal disputes that may lead to court proceedings, arbitration, or settlement negotiations. Your work spans from pre-trial preparation to post-trial matters and may involve a variety of legal domains (e.g., civil, commercial, criminal, family, etc.).

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience in litigation
  • A Law degree from a local university or a recognized foreign institution, qualifying under the Legal Profession Act
  • Admitted to practice law in Singapore
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
