About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Business Development and Operations expert to join our team. As an experienced leader, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining business standards for accuracy, productivity, and reliability.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing daily functions, leading teams, and driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity, and reliability
  • Manage the daily functions of the business, ensuring seamless operations and high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team, providing guidance and support to ensure individual and collective success
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance, productivity, and efficiency
  • Monitor and address day-to-day issues, providing solutions and support as needed
  • Manage departmental budgets and contribute to the development of targets and objectives
  • Effectively manage and resolve elevated customer concerns, negotiating claims and providing excellent customer service
  • Prepare and present performance reports and improvement plans, highlighting key areas of focus and progress
