Candidate Qualities High levels of accountability : Ownership of every aspect of regional engineering performance and reliability. Clear, concise communication : Skilled in conveying complex engineering issues to technical and non‑technical audiences at all levels. Your Credentials Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (or equivalent), with 15+ years’ experience and deep exposure to high‑availability environments. Senior leadership in data centre, critical facilities, or financial settings preferred. Professional membership (CIBSE/IEE or similar) and IOSH/NEBOSH certification are highly valued.
