We’re looking for a proactive andcollaborative Voyage Manager to join our dynamic operations team in Singapore.
In this role, you will be based inour Singapore office and work closely with the local chartering team to operateproduct tankers. You’ll also collaborate daily with our global operations teamto ensure smooth execution across all voyages.
Reporting to the Head of Operationsin Singapore, you’ll be responsible for ensuring seamless vessel operations andoptimizing voyage profitability. Strong, solution-oriented communication withcharterers, shipowners, and other key stakeholders is essential to maintaincustomer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.

Foundational knowledge of product tanker operations—or a strong interest in developing expertise in this area

Maintaining productive partner relationships and efficient stakeholder management
Good knowledge of tanker industry requirements including voyage charter terms, bills of lading, vessel acceptability basis SIRE, regional industry standards
Voyage management skills with a focus on optimization of the bottom line and forward planning of bunkers and services
Voyage management system experience preferred (we use IMOS)
Additional experience acrossmultiple tanker segments, including tank cleaning procedures and onboard shipmanagement practices, is highly valued. Sailing experience will be an added advantage.
