Roles & Responsibilities Job Scope: The temp staff will: • TREX Admin Support: Provide administrative assistance for Associates Policy operations. • Data Migration and Patching: Manage the migration of TREX data to the new DLE system, including thorough manual checks, data cleaning, and validation. • Programme Support: Coordinate and provide logistical and administrative support for in-house programmes, including AI, data workshops, and induction sessions. • Record Management: Update and maintain training records in the HRP system. • Communications Design: Support in the design of Capability Update EDMs and related communications materials. • General Administration: Handle ad hoc administrative tasks as required. Job Requirements: • Experience: Prior experience in training support or HR administrative functions preferred. • Skills: o Strong analytical, writing, and verbal communication abilities. o High attention to detail, with excellent organizational and multitasking skills. • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook. • Attributes: Meticulous, Reliable, Proactive, and Adaptable.
