PSA Antwerp | Project Emerald PSA Antwerp is aan het investeren op de Europa Terminal (Kaai 869) in verregaande terminal automatisering met als doel om capaciteit te vergroten en tegelijkertijd te vergroenen. Project Emerald introduceert ASCs (volledig geautomatiseerde robots om de containers te stapelen) en ook semi-automatisering van de kade kranen. Daardoor komen er additionele besturingssystemen en wordt de totale interactie een heel stuk complexer. Om dat proces goed te laten verlopen en de continuïteit van onze operationele dienstverlening maximaal te waarborgen, wordt er gestart met een Service Recovery Desk die 24/7 eerste lijn ondersteuning biedt door deze systemen te monitoren, troubleshooting te doen en de systemen en infrastructuur gezond te houden. In de komende jaren zal de automatisering op Europa Terminal steeds verder gaan, en zal dit ook een blauwdruk zijn voor volgende projecten. Nu in deze job stappen is een uitgelezen kans om je kennis en ervaring snel mee te laten groeien met de realisering van het projectOperator Service Recovery Desk (Emerald)De Operator SRD is verantwoordelijk voor het bewaken van de 24/7 operationele continuïteit van onze volledig vernieuwde en geautomatiseerde containerterminal, door het permanent monitoren van de systemen en het oplossen van incidenten en problemen. Functie : Samen met je collega's monitor je 24/7 de Terminal. D.w.z. Operationele IT/OT systemen, netwerk en terminal equipment (Automatische Stacking Cranes en Truck Gates, sturing van onze Straddle Carriers, Ship to shore crane systems, enz.)Je analyseert de gelogde problemen, stelt een snelle en correcte diagnose en coördineert gepaste acties (planning, prioriteit, toewijzing, opvolging). Je past de schakel- en nood procedures correct toe. Je lost incidenten op indien mogelijk of je bespreekt ism Level 2 wat de volgende acties zijn. Je escaleert de incidenten naar het L2/L3 support niveau Je volgt dit incident proces end-to-end actief op bij L2/L3 om te voorkomen dat de probleem oplossing stilvalt. Je registreert de diverse stappen in het ticket systeem (Service Now). Je creëert werkorders, rapporten en statistieken. Je behandelt instroom van incidenten tijdens weekends en nachtshiften, en registreert in Service Now indien nodig. Dankzij jouw technische expertise en analytisch vermogen zorg je voor een stabiele en betrouwbare werking van onze systemen, dag en nacht. Je geeft op vastgestelde tijdstippen feedback aan de collega's uit operaties omtrent beschikbaarheid en oplostijd. Je volgt op regelmatige tijdstippen een training van één van de technische leads (IT & Techniek) of op de terminal door één van de technische mensen. Je werkt in een 24/7 shiftsysteem.
