Responsibilities
Office Administration.
Policies Administration.
System administration (S2C, P2P) and continuous improvement.
KPI BSC measurement, tracking, Dashboard maintenance and data analysis.
Work with stakeholders and users for Procurement Process/Workflow gap analysis and Optimization.
Category Strategy Management for selected category areas.
Stakeholder Relationship Management.
Contract Management.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Tertiary education.
At least 5 years working experience in procurement.
Practical Tech Knowledge
Analytics/Dashboarding Software skills.
Process oriented and ability to organize processes into flow charts for representation.
Experienced with various types of software for communication and presentation.
Analytical, able to look at trends and draw conclusions.
Experience in Category Management in Indirect Procurement & Services.
Procurement Process Source to Contract (S2C), Procure to Pay (P2P) knowledge.
Communication and Influencing skills
Ability to understand, engage and influence stakeholders to optimize Procurement Process together.
Able to provide clarity into Procurement Process and compliance requirements to stakeholders.
Able to drive changes to address gaps in processes with minimal supervision.
