Job Title: Electrical Drawing and Estimation Specialist

This role involves the creation of clear and accurate electrical drawings and schematics using CAD software.

  • Collaboration with engineers and designers is essential to ensure that designs meet industry standards.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Electrical Drafter

Responsible for creating detailed electrical drawings and schematics using AutoCAD software.

  • Designing and drafting electrical systems, including circuit diagrams and layouts.
  • Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all drawings.

Estimator

Generate project cost estimates from single-line diagrams, layout, control diagrams, and specifications.

  • Develops cost estimates using written and verbal instructions from supervisors and project inquiries.
  • Collaborates with engineering teams to ensure design coordination.
  • Reviews estimates for completeness and accuracy.

Requirements

  • Nitec/ Higher Nitec/ Diploma in Electrical Engineering or relevant courses.
  • Proficient in reading schematic drawings.
  • AutoCAD skills are advantageous for drafter position.
  • Relevant experience is an advantage.
