Scalp Therapist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Scalp Therapist to join our team at Orchard Road. The successful candidate will have a strong interest in scalp and hair wellness, and be eager to provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.

The role involves performing professional scalp and hair treatments using advanced technologies and science-backed products. You will assess client conditions, recommend customised treatment programs, and educate them on homecare routines and product usage. You will also maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and hygiene standards, and support centre promotions and contribute to sales of scalp care products and packages.

  • Perform scalp and hair treatments according to protocols
  • Assess scalp and hair conditions, and recommend customised treatment programs
  • Educate clients on homecare routines and product usage
  • Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and hygiene standards
  • Deliver excellent customer service to build long-term client relationships
  • Support centre promotions and contribute to sales of scalp care products and packages

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in scalp, hair, or beauty therapy preferred
  • Strong interest in scalp and hair wellness (training provided)
  • Professional, service-oriented, and customer-focused
  • Good communication skills (English and Mandarin)
