Senior Consultant, Executive Search | Energy & Infrastructure APAC | Investments, Finance & Strategic Advisory About the Role We are partnering with a leading international financial institution with an established structured finance platform and growing presence in the digital infrastructure and energy transition sectors across Asia-Pacific. What You’ll Do Originate and structure complex financing solutions. Lead end-to-end execution of financing deals, coordinating across internal stakeholders in risk, legal, compliance, treasury, and syndication. Build and maintain strategic client and investor relationships, identifying cross-sell and business development opportunities. Oversee financial modelling, due diligence, and credit submissions, ensuring robust risk and return assessments. Collaborate with syndication and product teams to define underwriting and distribution strategies for new transactions. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business 10–15 years of experience in structured finance, project finance, or investment banking, with exposure to digital infrastructure assets. Proven track record in leading large-scale, cross-border financing transactions through to financial close. Strong analytical and financial modelling capability, with sound understanding of credit processes and risk management. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills; able to influence senior decision-makers.
