This role ensures efficient operations, resolves discrepancies, and coordinates with internal teams and warehouse returns to maintain accuracy and operational standards. Key Responsibilities Inbound Management: Oversee cycle counting, quality checking, receiving, and put-away processes. Special Projects: Actively participate in inbound special projects such as pre-packing. Outbound Management: Manage picking, packing, sorting, and end-to-end outbound operations. Stock Management: Handle replenishment, inventory control, rearrangement, cycle counting, and inventory consolidation. Discrepancy Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot any discrepancies in inbound or outbound processes, coordinating with warehouse returns. Operational Efficiency: Monitor and maintain operational efficiency, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and in accordance with warehouse standards. Performance Reporting: Provide regular reports to the Warehouse Supervisor on team performance, operational issues, and areas for improvement. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, with at least 1 year of experience as a team lead. Minimum qualification: Nitec, preferably in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related fields. Strong team management and problem-solving abilities. Good understanding of logistics and e-commerce operations. Must be able to work night shifts and weekends, as the role follows a 5-day work week, on a permanent basis.
