Roles & Responsibilities ABOUT THE JOB We are seeking a highly positive and enthusiastic individual with a passion for helping others improve their lives through health and fitness. Be responsible for providing various personal training and member experience services that offers programs to maximise workout efficiency, improve fitness, enjoy their fitness experience and improve overall sense of well-being. Assist club manager in various duties and ensures that everything that happens in the gym complies with the Anytime Fitness and club's brand, vision and mission. Work in a fun, upbeat environment where every day is different and start your personal journey of continuous career development and progression JOB REQUIREMENTS Personal interest in health and fitness and hospitality is a plus Sales and marketing experience/interest is a plus Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Coachable Integrity Highly motivated and target driven Customer service Comfortable with working retail hours and weekends (including PH) Experience Two-year Membership Sales Experience preferred New or inexperienced personnel are also welcome Others Ability to build relationship with members Excellent customer service and promotional skills; energetic, enthusiastic, motivational Enthusiastic learner and team player Excellent time management and organisational skills First-rate people skills and self-motivated work ethic Contribute to building a great culture in the club Never ending desire to learn and improve oneself Willingness to step out of comfort zone to achieve excellence Responsibilities Member Experience: Ensure members are satisfied with their workout program and remain motivated to attain their personal fitness goals Monitor and instruct members on the safe and effective use of cardiovascular, flexibility and strength training equipment Educate members on current health and fitness issues and trends Remain current on certifications and new trends in the industry Sales & Promotion Promote and sell membership packages Promote all Anytime Fitness programs, services and products Meeting and exceeding all Sales Targets Develop and maintain membership base Develop and Conduct Community Outreach Programs Able to maintain membership numbers Oversee membership sales performance Interested applicants can apply directly via the MyCareersFuture portal or email your resume to Chang Hoe at Tell employers what skills you have NegotiationSalesMicrosoft OfficeCustomer ExperienceFitnessCareer DevelopmentTarget DrivenCold CallingSellingComplianceTime ManagementWellbeingTeam PlayerCustomer ServiceHospitality
