What will you be doing?
Establishing of required work information template and reporting format.
Extraction of requirements across APAC for the Regional Request for Proposal.
Collate and Analyse As Is and To Be status for Projects.
Engagement of Customers involved in project implementation.
End to end process from initiation to post execution hyper care stage of projects.
To always act in a responsible manner to avoid risk to self or to the company and align with the workplace safety and health and security policy.
Any other duties involved within the role and/or the tasks as assigned from time to time.
What will you need to be successful?
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business & Supply Chain Management.
Basic knowledge in Supply Chain Management operations with preferably fresh graduate.
Good Presentation, Business Acumen and Stakeholders management skills.
Proficient in MS Office, relevant Business Intelligence and ERP platforms. Familiar with SAP, AX, BI tool, SFDC, Big Data, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project etc.
Good analytical, meticulous to details and project management skills.
Basic knowledge in Lean methodology and AGILE preferred.
