You will interact with people from all walks of life, brightening their day with top-notch customer service and maintaining a clean, stocked deli area. No experience? No problem We will teach you. Responsibilities General customer service duties including answering questions about menu offerings and addressing customer needs. Assist store cashier team members in cleaning and maintaining the deli, coffee, and fountain bars with fresh offerings throughout the shift. Accurately prepare deli products as instructed in designated preparation guides (salads, fresh-cut fruit, cold/hot sandwiches and wraps, parfait cups, etc.). Use a variety of methods and technologies to ensure adherence to company policies and food safety procedures. Cross-train in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles as needed. Movement of up to 25+ pounds and ability to work in various temperatures. Qualifications Customer service mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn and train in multiple roles within the store.
