We're Hiring: Salesforce QA TesterOur team is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce QA Tester with extensive experience in validating Salesforce solutions across Apex, Aura, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). The ideal candidate has a strong background in functional and technical QA, test strategy creation, and hands‐on testing within complex Salesforce environments. This role will lead QA activities, collaborate closely with developers and product owners, and ensure the delivery of high‐quality Salesforce features and enhancements. Location: Singapore, Singapore Work Mode: Work From Office Role: Salesforce QA Tester What You'll Do Lead end‐to‐end QA efforts for Salesforce implementations, enhancements, and releases. Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce functionality. Validate custom developments including Apex classes, Aura components, LWC, and integrations. Perform functional, regression, integration, and UI testing for Salesforce applications. Track, document, and manage defects through established QA tools and processes. Collaborate closely with Salesforce developers, product owners, and cross‐functional teams to clarify requirements and ensure quality deliverables. Ensure adherence to testing best practices, delivery timelines, and release management standards. Support automated testing initiatives; experience in test automation tools is a strong plus. Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and standards. What We're Looking For Minimum of 6 years of experience in Salesforce QA and testing. Strong hands‐on understanding of Apex, Aura, LWC, and front‐end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Solid experience writing and executing test plans, cases, and defect reports. Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Provar, Copado, or similar) is a plus. Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, configuration, and development lifecycle. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‐solving skills. Ability to collaborate in Agile/Scrum environments and work closely with technical and business stakeholders.
