As an aesthetic nurse, you will specialize in performing non-surgical procedures to enhance patients" appearances and address cosmetic concerns. Your work will involve performing aesthetic procedures such as laser therapies for hair removal, skin rejuvenation, applying chemical peels, conducting microdermabrasion, and potentially assisting with other non-surgical body contouring techniques. You will be responsible for providing detailed instructions on pre-procedure preparations and post-treatment care, monitoring patients for adverse reactions, and educating them on maintaining treatment results and healthy skincare habits. Ensuring treatment safety, adhering to ethical guidelines, and maintaining accurate patient records are essential aspects of your role.Collaboration with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and other healthcare professionals will be necessary to ensure comprehensive patient care. You will also need to stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in the aesthetic field through continuing education.To qualify for this position, you must have completed an accredited Registered Nurse program, hold a valid and current RN license, and have at least 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in aesthetic nursing or related fields. Skills required include expertise in administering intravenous treatments, operating laser devices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail and aesthetic judgment, manual dexterity, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Certifications such as Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist (CANS) and specialized training in specific procedures like laser treatments or chemical peels are optional but highly recommended.This full-time position offers benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, performance bonuses, and a quarterly bonus. The work location is in person, with day shift and weekend availability as part of the schedule.,
