Improve client experience by driving optimal and appropriate product adoption; manage a portfolio of SMB clients with responsibility for growing revenue. Provide pre‐ and post‐sales assistance for all applicable products when within scope and area of knowledge. Be an expert on client advertising solutions, identify trends, and solve problems. Provide vital product insights, feedback and revenue trends based on own experience using the products and share feedback with advertisers. Champion and produce success stories for advertisers who have grown their business using the products, utilizing a variety of tools to communicate and drive advertiser success. Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management within your employment category and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of TDCX's Quality Management System. Qualifications & Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or Master's Degree in any field. Preferable to have 2 years of working experience in the related field; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong time‐management skills and motivation to exceed expectations. Enjoy working in a fast‐paced environment and able to balance multiple tasks at the same time. Comfortable working with computers and the ability to learn and adapt to new systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Thai, to communicate with clients from Thailand.
