About the Role We're seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Supply Chain & Certification Executive to join our Group Sustainability team and drive sustainable practices across our supply chain. You'll play a key role in managing certifications for biofuels and bioliquids, coordinating sustainability reporting, and supporting responsible sourcing strategies across our operations in Malaysia and Indonesia. Key Responsibilities Provide continuous support for RSPO Supply Chain Certification, ISCC, INS, and other voluntary sustainability schemes Oversee issuance of Sustainability Declarations, RSPO IT Announcements, and Trace documents Manage monthly production reports for certified facilities in Malaysia and IndonesiaAlign certification timelines with supply and demand planning across the region Collaborate closely with internal trading teams to manage RSPO, ISCC, INS, and traceable oil positions Work with marketing and procurement teams to grow certified market capabilities Conduct feasibility studies on market demand to advise certification approaches Support implementation and compliance with our No Deforestation, No Peat, No Exploitation (NDPE) Policy Deliver high-quality customer service on traceability and sustainability data Contribute to the development and implementation of a traceability system for certified palm oil product flows What We're Looking For Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Science (Diploma holders with relevant experience considered)1–3 years' experience, ideally in agriculture, commodities, operations or documentation Strong written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented and organized with ability to coordinate tasks independently and in teams A proactive team player willing to travel when needed Interested candidates are encouraged to apply with their updated resume.
