Job Title: Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will play a vital role in designing, deploying, and maintaining scalable and secure cloud-based systems.

  • Oversight of all server environments, from development through production, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Design and implementation of 100% public cloud platforms (Google Cloud) with expertise in CI/CD tooling for building and deploying code to the cloud.
  • Support of the pipeline to ensure seamless deployment and resolution of day-to-day issues.
  • Implementation of solutions for logging, monitoring, performance enhancement, capacity optimization, and configuration management of systems and applications.
  • Customization of existing pipelines and templates based on squad requirements.
  • Ensure availability of infrastructure, including troubleshooting underlying systems as needed.
  • Collaborate with the infrastructure team on standard updates and ensure those are reflected regularly.

Requirements

  • Excellent hands-on experience with Unix/Linux platforms.
  • More than one year of hands-on experience in DevOps or currently practicing DevOps methodology.
  • Ability to write scripts using languages such as Shell, Perl, Python, golang, etc.
  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is highly preferred.
  • Understanding of the components of a CI/CD pipeline.
  • Proficiency in operating with CI/CD pipelines and Jenkins experience is a plus.
  • Be curious, versatile, dynamic, rigorous, autonomous, and a team player, with a spirit of analysis and synthesis.
