Recruitment Consultant (No BD 270, Basic + Comms)Position: Recruitment/Senior Consultant (Job ID: 17133)5min full sheltered walk from Raffles Place MRT Open to candidates with Sales Experience in other industries Basic + Comms + AWS Attractive AL benefits + Birthday Leave Training provided Friendly working environment Job Description Develop and maintain good relationships with new and existing clients and provide full recruitment support Identify new business opportunities and ensure repeated assignments from current clients Understand clients' business and identify their recruitment needs Source, short‐list and select suitable candidates via networking, social media, advertising and referrals Conduct interviews with candidates and assess their suitability based on the client's requirement and needs Create profiling of suitable candidates to be proposed to the engaged clients for consideration Provide professional advice to clients and candidates to manage expectations Coordinate interview arrangements between clients and candidates Conduct reference checks on candidates on behalf of clients Coordinate and negotiate salary offers on behalf of clients and candidates Perform post‐recruitment follow‐up with clients and candidates Provide good customer service and build rapport with clients and candidates Complete ad‐hoc duties assigned by the company Job Requirements Self‐motivated, target‐oriented and sales‐focused, with good follow‐up skills 2 to 3 years of Recruitment Consultant/Sales experience handling both client and candidate sides Achieve sales targets assigned by the company Possess high energy level and enjoy working in a fast‐paced environment A positive attitude, able to work independently and as a team player Good communication and interpersonal skills Good business manner to communicate with management level people Business level English to liaise with English‐speaking clients CEI certification is advantageous We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
