The Opportunity Our client is seeking a senior Sales Director to lead regional growth across SEA, Australia, and Japan . This strategic role requires a visionary leader who combines technical knowledge , commercial acumen , and strategic foresight to deliver sustainable growth and strengthen market presence. Key Responsibilities Define and execute regional sales strategies across SEA, Australia, and Japan. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales organisation to achieve revenue and profitability targets. Build and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities in explosion-proof and process safety markets. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Drive continuous improvement and uphold compliance with all corporate and industry standards. Requirements Degree in Electrical Engineering , Industrial Engineering , or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years’ experience in senior sales or business leadership , preferably with background in electrical products for demanding environments is an advantage Proven ability to lead regional sales operations and achieve business growth targets. Strong knowledge of explosion-proof systems , hazardous area equipment, or process safety technologies. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Proficient in SAP , CRM systems , and MS Office applications. Willingness to travel across SEA, Australia, and Japan.
