Job Overview

We are seeking qualified and highly driven professionals to join our Audit (Quality Control) Team. You will support the Head of Quality Control in operational and compliance audits to ensure adherence to our quality management system, professional standards, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and conduct risk assessments and quality control reviews to ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and internal standards.
  • Identify quality control gaps and verify the effectiveness and timeliness of controls.
  • Recommend improvements to enhance controls and quality standards across service lines.
  • Perform independent reviews of audit engagements before finalization.
  • Analyze root causes and monitor corrective actions for quality and risk issues.
  • Train and develop team members to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Prepare reports for regulatory and internal reviews and coordinate related activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
  • 5-8 years of audit experience in a large international or professional services firm.
  • Experience in quality reviews and internal audits preferred.
  • Ability to work independently with strong project management and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels of staff and management.
