SKLM and spectrum control; Experience in iASP environment with Power HA, Admin Domain and copy services; Knowledge of AS400 networked systems, access and security guidelines and procedures; Knowledge of network hardware and software troubleshooting techniques; Experience in ITIL processes; Troubleshooting skills for data, application/system performance problems by utilizing tools like IBM iDoctor, DBMON Traces and Job watcher. Must be able to work as part of a BAU project support & Infra teams; Must be able to multitask and management of multiple initiatives when required; Willing to work after office hours, weekends for deployment activities when required.
