Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Lead to spearhead our web development efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable web applications.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript (TypeScript), NodeJS, and experience with frontend frameworks like React or Svelte.

Additionally, proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Spring Boot, and experience with database management systems, such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB is required.

Other key qualifications include a strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services, familiarity with asynchronous operations or message/event-driven architectures, and excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5-10 years of industry experience with 3 software development lifecycles
  • Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript (TypeScript), NodeJS
  • Experience with frontend frameworks like React or Svelte
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Spring Boot
  • Experience with database management systems, such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services
  • Understanding of web application architecture, stateless architecture, and design patterns
  • Familiarity with asynchronous operations or message/event-driven architectures is a plus
  • PMP and/or CISSP certifications will be a plus
  • Proficiency with Java will be a plus
  • Certifications in OpenJS, Kafka, and/or Scrum will be a plus
