On-the-job training provided for those without prior experience. Responsibilities as a Dental Surgery Assistant: 1. Support the dentist in all aspects of patient care, including getting appropriate instruments and materials required, ensuring patient comfort throughout the treatment. 2. Responsible for the cleaning and sterilization of instruments and equipment. 3. Carry out stock checks to ensure all necessary supplies are available. 4. Perform front desk duties with courtesy and professionalism, including booking and managing appointments, attending to walk-in and phone enquiries, registering patients, billing and collecting payments. 5. Maintain clinic cleanliness to ensure a welcoming environment for our patients. What We're Looking For: Positive Attitude: A cheerful disposition and a can-do attitude. Team Player: Strong team collaboration skills. Multitasking: Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility: Willing to work night shifts and weekends. Technical skills: Computer literacy. Experience: Prior experience in dental assisting is a plus, but not required. We provide comprehensive on-the-job training for those new to the field.
