Cluster Leadership Role

This is a leadership position overseeing a network of childcare centres.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manages the operations of multiple childcare centres.
  • Develops and implements strategic plans to drive growth and improvement.
  • Provides guidance and coaching to centre leaders on curriculum planning, student recruitment, and promotional activities.
  • Ensures compliance with licensing requirements and oversees daily centre operations.

Leadership Expectations:

  • Leads by example, demonstrating strong leadership skills and a commitment to excellence.
  • Collaborates with centre leaders to achieve organisational goals.
  • Reviews and mentors teachers' preparations on lesson evaluations/reflections and children's portfolios.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Early Childhood Care & Education and a Diploma in Leadership.
  • Strong communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills, with adaptability to work with various age groups.
  • At least 5 years of relevant supervisory and cluster mentorship experience in a childcare setting.
