We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Web3 Senior Product Manager to lead and manage our product development efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management within the Web3 space, with a proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product strategy, development, and execution. Fluency in Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with our internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
Develop and execute product strategies that drive growth, user engagement, and adoption.
Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within scope.
Conduct market research, user feedback analysis, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and improvements.
Define product requirements, create detailed specifications, and maintain a clear product roadmap.
Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, facilitating clear and effective communication.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the Web3 ecosystem and incorporate relevant innovations into the product strategy.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in the Web3 space.
Strong understanding of blockchain technology, decentralized applications (dApps), and the broader Web3 ecosystem.
Proven experience in successfully launching and scaling Web3 products.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Mandarin (both written and spoken) to interact with internal stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Passion for innovation and a deep understanding of user needs and market trends.
