If you would like to learn more about this opportunity, feel free to reach out and apply todayKey Responsibilities: Hands-on experience with PureStorage, NAS, SANs, and server-grade hardware maintenance. Troubleshoot and recover customer services onsite or remotely within SLA. Provide training for L1 engineers and customers when needed. Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot AWS, VMware, Hyper-V, Kubernetes, and Docker environments. Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, RADIUS, SMTP, SNMP, and clustering/HA configurations. Schedule and manage system updates, OPS, and NMS operations. Take over new projects and provide ongoing technical support. Required Skills/Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in storage engineering, troubleshooting, and cloud-based solutions. Experience in storage solutions (PureStorage, NAS, SANs) – a MUST. Hands-on expertise in server-grade hardware maintenance and virtualization (KVM, VMware, Hyper-V, Kubernetes, Docker). Microsoft/VMware Certification or equivalent server certification (preferred). Good internetworking skills with strong troubleshooting abilities. Ability to understand technical documents and follow instructions. Basic command of English and strong incident management skills.
